Coronavirus (COVID-19) & ISA Sporting Event

Coronavirus (COVID-19) & ISA Sporting Events – Updated as at 24th June 2020

The Independent Sporting Association’s priority is the safety and wellbeing of ISA member school students, staff and the wider community in general.

The Association has confidence that schools are monitoring and managing the safety of their students, staff and school communities to contain the potential spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in line with the NSW Department of Health guidelines.

Please note that:

In accordance with Government regulations and the relaxing of restrictions, ISA Winter Sport Saturday Competitions have been approved to commence on Saturday July 25th 2020 (Week 1 Term 3). Students and parents are asked to check with their school regarding updated details, protocols and draws.

Please also note that all NSWCIS events scheduled for Term 3 have been cancelled. As this continues to be an evolving situation, ISA events scheduled for later in Term 3 will be assessed closer to the time of the event and schools will be notified if the event is postponed, cancelled or other arrangements are put in place.
