ISA v NZ Netball

ISA v NZ Netball Training Match

As part of the 2017 ISA Representative Netball program, the ISA Netball Teams were lucky enough to host a visiting New Zealand Academy team at Barker College. The session went very well with the ISA Opens playing first and only going down by 3 goals. The ISA U15’s played next and went down by just 4 goals. All the girls played extremely well and worked tirelessly to stay in competition with the talented opposition. It was a great experience for the ISA Representative teams to play an International Team and share afternoon tea together. It proved to be a highly beneficial session as part of the ISA program in the lead up to the NSWCIS Challenge. Combinations were made known, fitness was tested and students prepared well through learning how each other play while under pressure in a game situation. A very big thank you to the ISA Coaches and Managers for making themselves available for this training day.
